Gaby Merediz is Manager of Member Services for Velocity Solutions. She is responsible for managing a team of people who handle member service for all of our programs. She runs the call center providing first-class service to members of financial institution and health insurance programs across the country.

Prior to joining the Velocity Solutions team in 2006, Gaby worked in sales and customer service for the largest online furniture company in North Carolina. She has lived in several different countries and speaks Spanish fluently.

Gaby graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Communication and Studio Art. Gaby and Ty recently welcomed a baby boy into the world, who joins their dog as the objects of her affection. Gaby stays quite busy being a mom; however, when she has free time, she enjoys painting, gardening, and creating anything from scratch.
