Since joining the organization in 2003, Robert has supervised the customer service department, managed the GIFT® program, and played a vital role in sales effort. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries to the organization.

Robert has a BS in Business Management from UNC Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business. He lives in Wilmington, NC with his wife and daughter. A die-hard Carolina basketball fan, he enjoys watching the Tar Heels win; the Blue Devils lose; and he doesn’t really care how well the rest of the teams do.
